Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Oleh Kilig pieces — each one is crafted with care and intention. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns of new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used accessories, hair products, or worn items.
- Custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may also choose to receive your refund as store credit in the form of a gift code.
Return Shipping Costs
- For domestic U.S. orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
- For international orders, we are unable to reimburse any duties, taxes, or return shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@olehkilig.com, including your order number and photos.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item once verified.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oleh Kilig is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you can file a claim by contact us for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
