Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your order to be processed, especially during sale periods or new collection launches.
Any estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers do not apply to orders containing pre-order or custom-made products.
All custom products placed with additional order items will ship together and may take up to 1 week for production. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
All shipping rates are determined by our carriers. Oleh Kilig is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather conditions or unforeseen transit issues.
Free shipping applies only to domestic continental U.S. orders over $99. Some exclusions may apply.
Custom Orders
Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and delivery of all custom orders.
Each custom piece is handmade with care, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on production volume.
If a custom product is purchased alongside other items, your entire order will ship together once production is complete.
All custom items are excluded from discounts and promotions.
Once a custom order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or accept returns. We appreciate your understanding as every custom creation is made specially for you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oleh Kilig is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We are also not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping details entered during checkout.
Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
If you add Shipping Protection by Route to your order, this service extends coverage for online purchases that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen after confirmed delivery. You can file a claim here.
If you receive an order confirmation email and need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to your shipping information.
We are unable to refund shipping costs for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, and returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
